Ready Mount Tower - Dual Pumping System
The Ready Mount dual system tower is mounted within the side door of a box van or van trailer application. The four-tier tower is a versatile foundation to create configurable delivery systems. The bottom tier has bracket mounts for two product pumps and a shelf for both electronic registers and hydraulic controls. The second tier is laid out to contain two meter bodies, and the third and fourth tiers are dedicated to delivery hose reels.

The Ready Mount triple system tower is mounted within the side door of a box van or van trailer application. The four-tier tower is a versatile foundation to create configurable delivery systems. Electronic registers are stacked in order to the hose reels, with registers and hydraulic controls at chest/arm level. The meter bodies are stacked to the side of the tower to make room for three levels of delivery hose reels with pumps on the bottom tier of the tower.

Insulated Box Van
One of the key factors influencing lubricant flow rates is product temperature. For many customers based in colder climates, the easiest way to fight that is with an insulated box van. US Truck body is our preferred vendor for box vans. Their offerings include wall and roof insulation, lighting packages, flooring options (including stainless and domestic hardwood), galvanized lift gates, and EZ track.

Stinger pipes
Suction pipes are built with a channel at the bottom to prevent vacuum. Coupling options are available as well and elbow fittings. Caps and vents help to keep the product moving well, along with elbow fittings. Caps and vents help to keep the product moving and your truck clean.
